In May 2001, the first general BPD report was published called "Endearing Myths, Enduring Truths: Enabling Partnerships Between Business, Civil Society and the Public Sector". It has been described as the preview report because it was an insight into the lessons emerging from BPD. A pdf version can be found in English, and  French.
